         Elmore County Board of Education is accepting online pre-registration applications for the 2019-2020 school year for Eclectic Elementary, Holtville Elementary, Coosada Elementary, and Wetumpka Elementary Schools. (For assistance with accessing the online application, contact one of the schools or the Board of Education.)

·         Enrollment is open to all children four years of age on or before 9/1/19* (children who are eligible for kindergarten are ineligible).

·         Children may be pre-registered for any/all schools; parent/guardian is responsible for transportation.

·         Enrollees must:

o   live in Elmore County.

o   provide proof of residence–a current utility bill or copy of a lease or mortgage

o   provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate

§  documents may be uploaded into the online pre-registration site or submitted directly to the school(s) for which you are registering

·         Upon enrollment, child’s immunization record must be provided.

·         No child will be denied participation on basis of income, sex, race, color, national origin, or disability.

·         There is no registration fee for this program; monthly tuition of $40 per child will be charged.

birth certificate and proof of residence.

Acceptance to the Program

Acceptance is strictly through random drawing to be held on April 3, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. at the

Elmore County Board of Education.

(Families do not have to be present at drawing.)

Notices will be emailed beginning April 16, 2019.
