Experience
Though this is only my third year here in the Elmore County School System, I have been teaching in the Montgomery Public Schools System since 2001. During my tenure there, I served as the 9th and 11th grade Honors English instructor, and I taught 10th grade English general studies at Carver High, Lee High, and Lanier High School.
Biography
I have lived in Montgomery, Alabama since 1996. My wife and I moved here from Brewton, Alabama where I worked as a manager at K-Mart. Upon arrival in Montgomery, I worked as an assistant manager with Wal-Mart. During these years, my wife completed pharmacy school in Auburn University, and I returned to school to pursue a Masters Degree in English Education.
We now have two sons: Thaddeus Jr. and Justin. Justin still attends Brewbaker Technology Magnet High School here in Montgomery, Alabama. Thaddeus Jr. is now in the Air National Guard and attends school at the University of South Alabama. Our children are active in Baseball and Track and Field!
We are members of Fresh Anointing House of Worship in Montgomery, Alabama. Our Pastor is Bishop Kyle Searcy, and we have served there since 2005. We host a Marriage Small Group Ministry, and we both teach Discipleship Classes.
